What are cookies?

What information is collected?
Buono Srl saves only and exclusively the data provided by the user, those essential for registering the account. The data are entered by the users themselves as regards the registration to the site, both for the receipt of the newsletter. Data relating to payments (credit card and / or online accounts) are processed exclusively by banks on their secure servers. Buono Srl does not record any data relating to the aforementioned.
Who is collecting them? What purpose?
Buono Srl collects the data to allow access and purchase of products sold on e-commerce www.shopbvono.com in order to have the possibility of faster processes, to have access to the order history and to manage the addresses of shipment. This data can be deleted / modified at any time by the user in the management of his account.
Buono Srl uses the data provided by the user and the related cookies (see cookie regulations) for the following purposes:
Marketing and re-marketing through Facebook Ads, Google AdWords and Google Shopping;
Advertising newsletter regarding the customer site;
Are these data transferred or disclosed to third parties?
Buono Srl transfers the user's data only in case of order made to MagicStore Srl as supplier of the management platform on which the e-commerce rests. Buono Srl guarantees that it will not transfer the data to any other third party. In the case of payment via Paypal platform, the shipping address is communicated to Paypal in order to meet the security criteria required by the platform itself.
Is the data management system secure?
All data saved on servers meet the highest security standards. Buono Srl and MagicStore Srl are committed to constantly protecting and maintaining data, not allowing access to them outside of the company or unauthorized.
Duration of data processing
The data provided by the user will remain in the database of www.shopbvono.com and of Buono Srl until the user or site administrators have deleted the account.
How can I delete my data from the site?
Buono Srl and MagicStore Srl guarantee the "right to be forgotten" provided for by the new EU regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). You may decide to delete your account and / or subscribe to the newsletter at any time by logging into your account. The history of data provided by the user will be instantly deleted along with his profile. Only traces of any orders placed on the www.shopbvono.com website will remain as they are indispensable for the regulation of electronic commerce.
